Returns Policy

We take the greatest care when creating and packaging our products but sometimes accidents can happen and we apologise if your product doesn't reach you in perfect condition

1. Returns

Lumiair Bioenergetic Scents - We only accept returns should the product you receive be faulty or damaged. Please contact us via email or phone to let us know the issue and we will sort this accordingly.

All other items, can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

​

2. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Choosing a suitable tracked delivery method is advisable as we are unable to issue a refund if the product isn’t received.
